Summer Fête at Phillips' Mill
A Brilliantly British Evening Along the Primrose Creek
On Saturday evening, August 19, 2023, the PMCA Preservation Fund Committee will host the Summer Fête at Phillips’ Mill to honor longtime Mill supporters Kathy and Ted Fernberger and to help raise funds for the preservation of our historic 18th-century building.
It promises to be a spectacular evening, with assorted canapés, a superb sit-down dinner from Catering by Design, a specialty cocktail, wine, and other drinks. The event will also feature a Rubber Ducky Regatta and jolly singing by the Gilbert & Sullivan Society of Bucks County.
Festivities will begin at 5:30 pm. Guests are encouraged to dress comfortably and wear flat shoes for walking on the uneven Mill lawn. British attire is certainly welcome, but not required.
Tickets are $160 (see form below) and seating is limited. Reservations are mandatory. Any additional donations go directly to the PMCA Preservation Fund and are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. We are extremely grateful for any amount you feel you can contribute.
You can make donations here, at the event itself, or by mailing checks to Diana Resek, PMCA Preservation Fund Committee, Phillips’ Mill Community Association, P.O. Box 1, New Hope, PA 18938. All donors will be thanked on the PMCA website. Contributions received by August 11 will be listed in the event program.
